Test and Verification

In all manufacturing there is a need for test and verification to constantly monitor materials, workmanship and processes. Our quality and environmental certificates, ISO 9001 and 14001, show that we work in accordance with our process definitions. But receiving a certificate does not mean the work is done. There will always be daily, recurring tasks to follow up and ensure the quality of our work.

Apart from the ISO certificates, we have also been certified for delivering to stock, ready for end-customer shipment, by our international medical technology clients, without any other test and verification than what we perform ourselves. This is perhaps the best indication of our capabilities to produce in accordance with extreme quality requirements.

Depending on the product at hand, we work with incoming inspections, function testing in the different phases of production and we measure and verify that important parameters are within their defined limits. We can also handle and administer products with serial numbers, traceability requirements and certificates and protocols for various tests. 

The end result is products, manufactured in accordance with the quality requirement of the client and low life-cycle fault costs.
