Approximately 80% of our turnover is generated by clients within the med-tech sector. This means that we are comfortable with working with rigorous quality assurance and in accordance with carefully specified processes. We are, for instance, certified by one of Europe's leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical equipment for delivering through their central storage facilities to their end-customers without any other quality control than those we perform ourselves.
Such a responsibility brings with it a great many requirements for us as a supplier - especially as the strict administration regarding pharmaceutical equipment demands for certain products to have individual certificates for each instance of the product where for instance all test results are documented. We need to be able to move through the whole chain, from sourcing via precision assembly to advanced logistics, maintaining the same excellent quality - every time.

But what does this mean to those of our customers who do not apply the same extreme quality requirements as the medical technology business? Will it be costly and cumbersome to use us? Not at all! We tailor our routines to match the different demands of our clients. As a counter-weight in the description of our assembly work, we can tell you about some kitting assignments where the whole "assembly" means placing goods on a pallet, wrapping it all with shrink-wrap plastics. Here the emphasis is on sourcing and logistics. Quite a wide assembly range, that is, and the same wide range applies to our documented routines, procedures and processes. |
