Sourcing and logistics may be what controls and defines our operations, but still assembly will always have a special place in out hearts. Almost everything we produce on behalf of outr custumers depends on assembly in some shape or form.

The very wide range of the types of assembly we deal with requires us to be wide in our range of competences. For instance, many of today's products contain electronics and we have to be able to handle sensitive electronics properly. This is why we have invested in ESD flooring throughout our workshops. Other special processes we cater for are gluing and moulding. These processes put extreme focus on environmental protection, as well regarding not letting harmful substances reach the outdoor environment, but also regarding protecting those that deal with these processes. You know you will get your product manufactured in a safe way, without having to invest in specially ventilated rooms or protective respiratory masks. Still, your conscious is clean because you know that everything has been done professionally and by the book.

Assembly is our main act. After all, our name Montex is short for monteringsexperten, Swedish for The Assembly Expert. We handle everything from precision mechanics when producing laboratory equipment to heavy goods placed on pallets. Hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical assembly, medical equipment with individual test certificates, electronic controller cabinets, ...
